Customer Service Representative – Working in this role you will mainly be assisting customers with their transactions, applications and enquiries. This position will require you to have good computer, math and language skills to be able to use the necessary software, balance the cash drawer and carry out other monetary transactions. This job is usually paid at a rate of $10/hour.
Customer Service Representative Auditor – A career in this part of the industry means that you will regularly check that all members of staff are being compliant with all the necessary regulations. You will prepare reports after checking all the paperwork of the center to make sure it is accurate and amenable. The pay for this role is likely to be $12/hour.
Assistant Manager – Assistant Managers are expected to learn the responsibilities of a Center Manager within 30 days of being promoted so that they can run the centers by themselves. You will assist with the training and management of all staff, ensuring they are working well with the customers. The salary for this role starts at around $23k/year.
Center Manager – As the manager of the entire center you will be expected to supervise all operations. You will have duties hiring and training staff as well as working out the employee schedule.
