Lifeguard – Having a Lifeguard Certification is mandatory for this position. You will work in Soak City, and make sure that everything works smoothly while keeping an eye on your area of the park. Park Attendant – Being outgoing and friendly is good for this job, as you will be interacting directly with guests to make sure that they have a great time at the park. Why do you want to work at Knott’s Berry Farm? This is an extremely common interview question, so make sure that you’re prepared for it. Explain what drew you to the company, whether it was the company culture or benefits.
