Summary of Responsibilities
Promote a safe working environment at the Waipahu Call Center.

Essential Functions
Monitor surveillance cameras for any unusual or suspicious behavior in the front parking lot.

Escort employees to their vehicles. (do any employees use public transportation?)

Notify management of incidents and keep a daily log.

Report camera malfunctions and issues to the IT Department.

Call police if necessary. Do not approach or engage with any suspicious persons.

Other Functions
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requires sitting, standing and walking during a 3-4 hour shift. Must be observant, able to quickly assess situations, remain calm and non-confrontational.
