Sales Associate – As a Sales Associate you are responsible for helping customers’ visions come to life by helping to serve customers, make recommendations and assemble the bears to make a one of a kind creation. You will also handle transactions and have other daily duties such as helping keep the store clean and tidy. The average pay is $9/hour.
Assistant Manager – An Assistant Manager, whether part-time or full-time, must be able to run all aspects of the workshops in the absence of the Store Manager. This means that you will supervise the running of the store from managing staff, scheduling and payroll to ensuring that every customer leaves happy with their new friend. The salary range is between $20-40k/year.
Store Manager – The Store Manager responsibilities cover everything that happens in the store as well as liaising with the District Manager. You will need to be experienced in recruitment and training and be familiar with store procedures including opening and closing and policies to do with transactions. The salary for this role is between $40-60k/year.
District Manager – The job description of a District Manager will require you to have oversight over more than one workshop. You will need to keep track of all of the functions of a Store Manager but on a higher level and ensure that all stores in your area are performing at the standard they should be. The salary for this position starts at $60k/year.
