Job Descriptions & Salaries
Receiving/Stock Associate – This position will require physical work and you will need to be able to do heavy lifting on a daily basis. Stock Associates process incoming merchandise and quality check it as well as assisting with outgoing packages as well. There may be other tasks when needed. The pay is usually $8-9/hour.
Sales Associate – Sales Associates will have a variety of different responsibilities on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for cashiering, greeting and serving customers and maintaining the stores. A knowledge or experience in sales will be a big advantage. The hourly pay is usually at a rate of $8-9.
Cosmetic Sales Consultant – In this role you will need to be focused on driving sales while at the same time providing great customer service. Sales Consultants will need to have excellent product knowledge so that they are able to answer all customer enquiries. The base pay starts at $8-9/hour plus commission on sales.
Cosmetic Counter Manager – If you have previous experience in cosmetics and sales then you can apply for jobs at Bon Ton as a Counter Manager.
